AmritaCREATE, Amrita University, organized a one-day workshop on OLabs at Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya, Una, Himachal Pradesh, on 24 August, 2017. Twenty science teachers from different schools participated in the workshop.
Chandrashekhar, staff member of AmritaCREATE, explained OLabs to the participants. During the demo session, he explained how to perform an experiment in OLabs virtually. Later on, the participants got the opportunity to explore OLabs in the computer lab of the school for one hour. After the training session, certificates of participation and free OLabs CDs were given to the participants for future reference.
"Training session was very nicely designed and will help the students in having better conceptual clarity. It was very nicely conducted by the resource person," commented by Rohit Kashmiri, JNV Chamba.
