A Workshop on OLabs at St. Stephen’s School, Punjab

AmritaCREATE, Amrita University organized a one-day workshop on OLabs at St. Stephen’s School, Togan, Punjab, on 21 January, 2017. Twenty-five science teachers from twelve different schools attended the workshop.

Chandrashekhar, staff of AmritaCREATE, led the training session. He explained the significance of OLabs project to the audience. After the demo session, all the participants were taken to the computer lab of the school. Each participant was given a chance to explore the contents of OLabs website. After the training sessions, free OLabs CDs and certificates of participation were distributed to the participants.

"The training was given in a well elaborated sequential manner. The content of the website will certainly enable teachers and students to have better understanding of the experiment part," commented by Megha Sharma, Mount Carmel School.

"The session was informative. The website helps to make our lab experiments easy in less time. It gives all the information regarding the different experiments. We can explore and learn many things about a particular experiment by assessing the website," remarked by Anny Dhiman, Ryan International School.
