OLabs was showcased at DIDAC India 2016, the largest international exhibition and conference for educational resources and solutions in the Asia Pacific region, on 28 September, 2016, at the Bangalore International Exhibition Centre, Bengaluru. Over 100 school principals, managers, educationalists and administrators participated in the workshop.
At the workshop, Sangeetha Madhu, project coordinator of OLabs, gave a brief introduction of Amrita CREATE and the Center’s efforts to design and provide quality education content for enhancing learning experiences of both students and teachers. She highlighted the development of OLabs, Amrita RITE (Rural India Tablet Education) and Medsim- Medical Simulation, the main projects of Amrita CREATE, which are developed with the aim of promoting STEM education in India.
